2008 Pinot Noir Icewine

Made from organic Pinot Noir grapes from Kalala Vineyards in West Kelowna, this is an ideally produced, properly aged icewine. John Schreiner says: "A fleshy wine with attractive strawberry notes, this wine is beautifully balanced so that the bright acidity offsets the concentrated sweet fruit of icewine. The finish is long and clean."

2008 Marechal Foch

Made from grapes grown in three vineyards, each with distinct growing conditions and vine age, this wine is greater than the sum of its parts. Soft and silky with multiple layers of flavour, in our opinion. John Schreiner says: "Typically deep in colour, this wine begins with the aroma of spiced cherries. The palate shows more cherry notes, along with the hint of Foch smokiness and bright acidity."

Mostly Merlot

70% Merlot from Okanagan falls with equal parts Cabernet Sauvingnon, Cabernet Franc and Shiraz from Summerland, it's a classic red table wine that goes with anything. John Schreiner says: "The fruit flavours here are vibrant, with notes of red currant supported subtly with vanilla and oak notes. (The wine was aged in older American oak.) The tannins are ripe, and the texture is rich."

Pinot Noir 2006

From a hot south-facing slope in Okanagan falls, this wine is on its way to being a classic. Best with hearty fare. John Schreiner says: "A firm, ageable Pinot Noir with flavours and aromas of cherry and strawberry."

Pinot Gris 2008

Ideal growing conditions in Okanagan Falls and irrigation management have created a remarkably intense Pinot Gris that's like biting into a Granny Smith apple. John Schreiner says: "The cool 2008 vintage in British Columbia produced the best white wines in the industry's history, thanks to the racy acidity in most of the wines. In this wine, the tangy notes on the palate just pop the refreshing citrus and apple flavours and give the wine a crisp fruity finish."

Blanc de Noir 2008

Perfect hot tub and deck chair wine, this true blush is made from premium Pinot Noir grapes, lightly pressed and sweetened with the original grape juice. So delicious. John Schreiner says: "Coppery bronze in colour, this wine has a hint of residual sugar that gives it juicy flavours of strawberry."
